The USDA, Agricultural Marketing Service, Livestock and Grain Market News Office, Des Moines, Iowa requires to continue its facsimile services for the period October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001, particularly as follows: document broadcast services transmitted by Western Union per minute, as required by the government. Interested parties shall respond with per minute rates (peak and non-peak) and any terms and conditions relevant to this service. This Document Broadcast and FAX Bank service shall be part of the proposed per minute rate(s). No tel. calls. If no valid response is received 1/16/01, USDA shall place a purchase with Western Union, Atlanta, Georgia.
