Description

This will be an addition to the FY 01 Option CLIN 1561AA for FY 2001 -- 2006. This requirement will be an addition to the FY 99 contract DAAH0199C0002 to procure by other than full and open competition, depot level diagnosis and repair for AMCOM managed PATRIOT assemblies and subassemblies. This requirement is sole source to Raytheon Company, Missile Systems Division, Andover Plant, 350 Lowell Street, West Andover, MA 01810, the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will supply agency requirements. The Government does not have in its possession the technical data package suitable and/or cannot provide Special Test Equipment to support competition. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Suggest that small business interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by this agency.
