Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of Acquisition Services, intends to issue a Delivery Order to West Publishing Corporation, under the Library of Congress, Fedlink Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number 98CLFB70005-BOA, for WESTLAW. WESTLAW is an online, full-text, fully interactive computer-assisted legal research service, consisting of judicial opinions, statutes, regulations, and other related information. Services will be provided for Fiscal Year 2001. All responsible sources may respond in writing with pricing information and technical data sufficient to determine capability and service provided. Responses must be received within five (5) day after this notice in order to be considered. No telephone calls will be accepted. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice. Use of the Library of Congress Fedlink Contract is essential to ensure continuation of services.
