Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has a requirement for consultative services for a seasoned counsel with years of experience in VA legal and management matters. It is VA's intent to acquire the services of the prior Deputy General Counsel. This individual has 38 years experience in VA legal and management matters. Given the requirement for providing advice and guidance to the new administration, in-depth historical knowledge is required. See Note 22
