Description

Provide prescription eyeglasses for VA beneficiaries as directed by the VA Desert Pacific Healthcare Network Healthcare System (VISN 22) Prosthetics Services. Healthcare facilities are as follows: VA Greater Los Angeles, 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90073, VA Long Beach, 5901 E 7th St., Long Beach, CA 90822, VA Loma Linda, 11201 Benton St., Loma Linda, CA 92357, VA San Diego, 3350 La Jolla Village Dr, San Diego, CA 92161 and VA Southern Nevada, 1700 Vegas Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89106. The contract effective period shall be for a base period of one year with two (2) one-year option periods. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 31, 2001.
