Notes #22 & 23. This announcement is for information purposes only and will be made on a sole source basis by 2 pm on 1/24/01. This award is a planned solicitation under the simplified acquisition process and in accordance with the FAR Subpart 13.500. The Food and Drug Administration [FDA] and the Center for Venterinary Medicine [CVM], intends to award a sole source purchase order to Trek Diagnostic Systems, Inc., Westlake, Ohio.
