Description

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) intends to enter into a Purchase Order with Fulcrum Corporation of Fairfax, Virginia, at a total firm fixed price of $78,600.00. The estimated duration is six months. The contractor will evaluate sensor technology for the Future Combat Systems (FCS) program to provide various solutions that will allow DARPA to understand the effect of "massing sensors" on human decider and on battle outcome. Fulcrum Corporation is the only source known to the Government with the capabilities, experiences and personnel for accomplishing the subject effort within the Government cost and schedule constraints. This Notice is not a Request for Proposals. See Note No. 22.
