Description

The VA Medical Center is seeking concerns having the ability to provide Community Residential Care, Treatment and Rehabilitative Services for chronically mentally ill veterans. Services to include, but not limited to room and board, laundry facilities, therapeutic and rehabilitave services, structured group activities, monitoring medications, supportive social services, individual professional counseling, support for alcohol/drug abuse-free lifestyle, assistance in illness/recovery process, assistance in learning and provide transportation, bus tickets/tokens to allow veterans to seek employment. The contract period for this contract is one base year with one renewal option. Those interested are requested to give written notification requesting a copy of the solicitation by mail or fax.
