Description

This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors may request via fax a copy of equipment serial numbers as appropriate for pricing purposes. Walk throughs may be requested at offerors expense. This Request for Quote (RFQ) 553-36-01 is to furnish all labor and materials to provide service maintenance for radio/paging equipment for the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, Detroit, MI. Period of performance will be from date of award, through September 30, 2001, with three pre-priced option years from October 1, 2001, through September 30, 2004. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. This solicitation is subject to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program as outlined in FAR 19.
