Description

This is a notice of intent to award a Sole Source contract to Southern California Logistics Airport Authority, 18484 Phantom, Victorville, CA 92394. This notice is in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contractor shall provide a military combat town for urban warfare training by the United States Marine Corps. This notice of intent is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. No additional specifications will be furnished.
