*******AMENDED NOTICE *** AMENDED NOTICE *** AMENDED NOTICE ***** Solicitation has been amended to provide revised item purchase description and revised destination pricing schedule. Please review and submit offers on Amendment #1. ************************ Truck, Hand. Two-Wheeled. Shall be a rigid, steel frame consisting of two side supports, minimum of three cross supports, a nose plate, wheel mounting brackets, solid rubber wheels or pneumatic rubber tires with steel or aluminum wheels and a handle(s). The wheels shall be equipped with bearings. The hand truck shall be capable of supporting and transporting a minimum load of 400 pounds without sustaining any damage or permanent deformation of any of the components. The nose plate shall be a minimum of 10 inches front to back and a minimum of 14 inches
