Description

A/E services are required to replace feeders, panels, and branch circuits throughout Medical Center. Area of consideration is limited to firms located within a 50 mile radius of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Those firms desiring consideration should submit current SF254 and SF255 before close of business February 13, 2001. This project is setaside for small emerging business -- small emerging business criteria is annual average gross recipts for the last three fiscal years of less than $2 million. A/E selection criteria will include; 1) professional qualifications necessary for performance of required services; 2) Specialized experience and technical competence of the A/E firm with similar type projects; 3) past performance on contracts with Government agencies; 4) geographical location of A/E firms; 5) experience and roles of key design personnel, specifically on related projects; 6) cost control and estimating effectiveness; and 6) CAD capability.
