Description

The U.S. Coast Guard Aircraft Repair and Supply Center (ARSC) intends to issue a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Metal Air Services using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the Repair and Modification of 1 Each SLAT-MOBILE, CENT/LH, P/N MY20137-30/17 TO BE MODIFIED TO P/N MY2013730G03 and incorporate Service Bulletin F20-723 (Kit 1560-01-HS1-2773 to be provided by the Government); and Repair of 2 Each SLAT MIDDLE L/H, P/N MY2013730G03. Equipment is Flight Critical to USCG operations. Repairs are required to be in accordance with OEM Specifications and the OEM Component Maintenance Manual latest revisions. Solicitation DTCG38-01-Q-100020 will be issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) and will not be set-aside for Small Businesses. OFFERS SHOULD NOT BE SUBMITTED AT THIS TIME. INTERESTED CONTRACTORS SHOULD REQUEST THE RFQ PACKAGE. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) is 336413 and the size standard is 1000 employees to classify as a small business. The RFQ package, DTCG38-01-Q-100020, will be issued after the closing date of this announcement with an anticipated award date of 28 Feb 01.
