Description

Contractor shall furnish a minimum of four (4) BLS Ambulances and two (2) ALS Ambulances at any one time, for the area of the state of Missouri plus continguous states. The contract shall run for one year folowing the date of award, with one, one-year renewable option. Bid documents will be released on or about January 22, 2001. All requests for bid documents shall be in writing; fax requests will be accepted at 913-758-6495. This is an unrestricted procurement. All requests shall state whether the company is small, women- owned, disadvantaged, or large. The NAICS Industry code for this requirement is 621910. All offers received from responsible sources will be cnsidered.
