Description

Provide Type 4 (SEAT) Air Tanker flight services, which are fully contractor operated and maintained, in support of the Bureau of Land Management fire suppression programs at Winnemucca and Wells, NV, Lewistown, MT, Lakeview, OR, Roswell, NM/Burns, OR and Prineville, OR. The contract exclusive use periods are: 6/15 9/2 (80 days), 6/4 9/1 (90 days), 7/10 9/1 (52 days), 7/15 9/12 ( 90 days), 5/1 9/17 (140 days), and 7/1 8/29 (60 days). The Term of the contracts is one year with a government unilateral option for three additional years. The contracts require 1 type 4 (SEAT) with a FAA approved hopper capacity of at least 500 gallons of material weighing eight pounds per gallon (4,000 pounds) at each base. The Contractor shall possess an Agricultural Aircraft Operations Certificate issued under 14 CFR Part 137.
