Description

Lakehurst Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst New Jersey has a requirement for the following items in support of the H60S: Basic order of Servo Test Set (P/N 70700-77129-041), quantity 1 each and Test Fixture, Accumulator (P/N 70700-77225-041) quantity 1 each. The option quantity is Servo Test Set (P/N 70700-77129-041) 1 each. The Government intends to procure this under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide the required items. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
