Description

This solicitation is modified to extend the "Response Date" to 18 Jan 01. Further, this solicitation posting is modified to include the following text: "The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government,price and other factors considered." Potential offerors should be aware that a first article will be required from the apparent successful offeror, and will be subject to Government testing, in accordance with FAR Clause 51.209-4. The Buy American Act also applies to this acquisition, and DFAR clauses 252.225-7000 and 252.225-7002 are hereby incorporated by reference in the solicitation & RFQ.
