Full Service Elevator Maintenance for 13 passenger elevators, 5 freight elevators and 3 wheelchair lifts at the Post Office Court House and the J.F. Williams Buildings, Boston, Massachusetts. Three Year base contract with 2 one year options. Service Expected to commence on or about April 1, 2001. Procurement made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Solicitation to be issued on or about January 16, 2001.
