Description

Provide Grand Jury and Deposition Reporting Services for the U.S. Attorney's Offices located in Denver, Colorado. The department intends to award a single contract for the Grand Jury and Deposition reporting services. The contract awarded will be Indefinite Quantity type contract. The period of performance for the contracts will be one (1) year and they will contain four (4) one year options (not to exceed sixty (60) months). Firms that desire a copy of solicitation JEUSA-01-0118 are directed to go on-line to General Services Administrative (GSA), Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) site. The solicitation document will be available on/or about March 1, 2001 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. (hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available). The GSA site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the GSA site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Bidder's must have the capability to establish an office within the basic geographic area of Denver, Colorado. The office shall be within a fifty (50) mile radius from the city limits by the shortest route available.
