Description

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION -- SECOND REQUEST. This is not a solicitation for bids/proposals but is a Request for Information (RFI) from construction contractors. It is important that the Government do everything possible to ensure timely delivery of the highest quality goods and services at the best value to the Government and that we use innovative business strategies that emphasize the desired outcomes of procurements. One way to accomplish this goal is through the use of incentive contracts. So that we may include more and better incentives in future Government solicitations, negotiations, and resulting contracts, we would like to learn about the type of incentive(s) that interest you and how you envision their being implemented in the contract.
