Background "Description: Background ""The Operational Contracting Branch (ASC/PKWOS) of the Aeronautical Systems Center will issue a solicitation approximately 23 Jan 01 for Custodial Services for the Child Development Centers and Youth Centers at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This procurement was previously advertised under solicitation number F33601-00QX115. Period of Performance is estimated 01 Jun 01 through 31 May 02. This contract includes provisions for four one-year option periods. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The NAIC code for this acquisition is 56172, Size Standard: $12.0 million. A small business in this NAIC code cannot exceed $12.0 million average gross revenue over the last 3 fiscal years. The Request for Proposal and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be posted on the ASC PreAward Information Exchange System (PIXS) at Wright-Patterson AFB OH (http://www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil/). The RFP will be issued approximately 23 Jan 01 on PIXS (see address above). NO HARD COPIES WILL BE SENT. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal and shall be considered.
