Description

This acquisition is a 51% Buy Indian set-aside in accordance with 25 U.S.C. 47. The Government anticipates negotiating a 51% Buy Indian sole-source acquisition with the Spokane Tribe in accordance with 25 U.S.C. 47 and the current Tribal Government resolution. Construction of an inlet bar rack vault, the rehabilitation of an existing lagoon cell, installation of approximately 13,300/SF of 36 mil polypropylene liner, installation of an aerator with controls, installation of chlorination injection equipment, the construction of an oulet structure and necessary appurtenances for a complete and operational system, which is located on Spokane Indian Reservation, Stevens County, Washington. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is approximately 90 calendar days. The estimated range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The BUY AMERICAN ACT applies. Indian Preference in hiring, suppliers, and subcontractors is required, including meeting Spokane Tribal Employment Ordinances.
