Description

Work to include all labor, equipment, and materials required to provide and install an industrial-sized handicap elevator. Work includes the following areas: demolition; concrete and masonry work; structural steel work; carpentry; non-structural metal roofing; fire-stoping; joint sealing; steel doors and frames; sliding automatic entrance doors; gypsum wallboard; resilient flooring; painting; air ventilation; electrical demolition; interior electrical work; fire detection and alarm system; and dry pipe sprinkler system. The period of performance is 120 days after receipt of the notice to proceed. The estimated magintude for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. The NAICS is 235950, $11.5M. Approximate issue and opening dates are 29 JAN 01 and 01 MAR 01, exact issue and open dates being as stated in the solicitation. Although this action is unrestricted, please provide your business size when requesting the solicitation.
