Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center is soliciting offers for the design and construction services for the improvement of the medical center's EMS storage area. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Department of Veterans Affairs. This solicitation will be conducted using negotiated procedures. Davis-Bacon Wages will apply to the resulting contract. This is not a sealed bid. This solicitation is being issued under NAICS 233320 and is not being set-aside for small business. Total project is estimated to be between $100K and $250K. Performance period is expected to be approximately 180 days.
