PRON: AX0F5205AX, Noun: Strap Assembly, Tail, NSN: 1615-01-172-4974; P/N: 7-211421035-7; Quantity: Min -- 337 each, Max 1350 each. With First Article delivery is 100 each 335 days after contract award and 100 each month thereafter until shipped complete. First Article Test report is 256 DACA. Without First Article delivery is 100 each 268 days after contract award and 100 each month thereafter until shipped complete. Applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. FOB Origin to Texarkana, TX. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Approved source is McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems, Mesa, AZ. The time required for approval of a new supplier is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
