Description

National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) plans to attend the 2001 Gordon Research Conference on Gravitational Effects in Physico-Chemical Systems at the Colby-Sawyer College, New London, New Hampshire. This conference provides a unique opportunity for interdisciplinary interaction with condensed matter physics research to stimulate new concepts and collaborations. This action is being processed as sole source procurement. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26. Oral Communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. An Ombudsman has been appointed.
