Description

The Ohio National Guard intends to contract for a motel/hotel facility which must be located in Columbus Ohio for the Family Readiness State Conference 2002. The weekend will be in the March/April 2002 timeframe excluding 13-15 and 27-29 April 2002. We will be contracting for approx. 150 sleeping rooms, a conference room, which can accommodate approx. 400 people, and 5 smaller conference rooms, which hold approx. 100 people each. There will also be a need to rent audiovisual equipment, to include podium microphone, lavaliere microphones, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) projector, screens, flip charts and audio carts from the motel. This procurement is full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110.
