- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Offshore Sailing School the purchase of eight (8) COLGATE 26 foot boats including the barrier cost & anti-fouling paint for each boat, and twelve (12) JOWI Model 5 cradle. Offshore Sailing School is the manufacturer of these boats. This procurement is for the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. The acticipated date for the solicitation is January 26, 2001.
