Description

This is a firm fixed price contract with a NAICS code of 23332. Competition for this acquisition is unrestricted, open to both large and small business concerns. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bonding will be required for this acquisition. This project is located at Sierra Blanca Border Patrol Station, Huspeth County, Sierra Blanca, Texas. Project consist of the construction of a 100-Agent U.S. Border Patrol Station. The work will include site development of utilities, grading, pavement and drainage, construction of the station consisting of office/administration space and detention areas, construction of a small maintenance building, fuel island and support buildings. The cost of the plans and specifications is $90.00 per set and is non-refundable.
