Description

Work consists of furnishing all plant labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary for landscape site preparation, excavation, trenching, backfill, grading, installing irrigation systems, trees, shrubs, turf, decorative curbing and sidewalks. The performance period for this project is one basic year and four option years. The guaranteed minimum for the basic year is $10,000 and $5,000 for each option year. The successful contractor will be selected using past performance/price trade-off procedures resulting in the best value to the government. Past performance is significantly more important than price. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest proposed price. Offerors shall submit proposals that can be accepted solely on the basis of the initial offer, as the government may proceed with award of a contract without further discussion. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically o/a 5 Feb 01. Solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps web site at www.eps.gov. Paper copies are not available. Prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). CBD Note 1. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. NAICS Code: 56173.
