Description

REPLACE MAIN STEAM LINE: Furnish all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision for Replace Main Steam Line, IFB 529-1-01, Project 98-120 at the VA Medical Center, Butler, PA 16001 in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Work includes, but is not limited to: General construction, alterations, road, parking lot, grading, drainage, mechanical and electric work, utility systems, necessary removal of existing construction and certain other items as shown on the drawings and stated in the specifications. Work includes replacement of high pressure steam line, pre-engineered direct-buried, high pressure condensate and low pressure condensate, cast in place concrete manholes, excavation, relocation and/or replacement of existing utilities, site grading, asphalt and concrete paving. Completion time is 240 calendar days. Award is subject to a one hundred twenty- (120) day bid acceptance time and is subject to the availability of funds. NAICS CODE: 235990. Price Range: $1,000,000 to 2,000,000. Request must cite company name, address, phone number, fax number, size status and if intend to bid as a prime, subcontractor or supplier. A limited number of solicitation packages will be made available only upon written request and will be issued on a first come, first serve basis.
