Description

Provide all necessary labor, materials and equipment to replace the electrical distribution, heating plant, emergency generator, HVAC controls, various plumbing devices, install fresh air duct system. All work to be done in accordance with attached plans and specifications and completed with forty-five days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The project is located at Eisenhower National Historic Site (outside of Gettysburg, PA). All work will be performed under a single contract. Estimated construction cost $100K -- 250K.
