Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office intends to solicit and award,on a non-competitive basis, a purchase order, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for engineering upgrade of two (2) existing Government-owned Hydrographic Survey Launches (HSLs,)that are currently located at the Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, Mississippi, to support operational missions aboard the USNS LITTLEHALES . Upgrades shall include incorporating previously approved Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) to significantly increase the operational capability of the platforms, so that these units will be at the most current, approved configuration for HSLs. Award is anticipated to be made to the vessel manufacturer, who has also previously implemented the required ECPs, United States Marine, Inc., 19807 Chef Menteur Highway, New Orleans, Louisiana 70129.
