Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to issue a sole source contract to Alvis Pauga, 580 Kiowa Drive, Franklin Lake, NJ 07417 to provide expert advice and assistance to the Census Bureau's Foreign Trade Division in accessing the current Automated Export System (AES) marketing efforts, assess trade community participation in AES, and develop recommendations to improve the current marketing plan as well as propose new directions for AES promotional efforts. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this requirement no greater than 15 days from the published date of this announcement to the above address. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determiing whether to conduct future competitive procurements. No solicitation document exists and request for such document will be considered nonresponsive.
