Description

Background "SOURCES SOUGHT to provide TRANSLATION services for a one time effort in support of AFIT Electrical and Computer Engineering Department's project in Electromagnetics and Low Observable Technologies. The contractor must have extensive knowledge of laser radiation, antenna, electromagnetic scattering, diffraction and computer software. Contractor must be fluent in reading and writing Russian and be able to translate from Russian text to English text and formula. Contractor MUST be a US citizen and have or be able to obtain a TOP SECRET security clearance. Must have experience in use of Adobe Page Maker, Macro Media Free Hand and other professional page layout software.
