Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information at http://www.eps.gov. This announcement constitutes the only request for quotations. HQ USCENTCOM, MacDill AFB, Florida has a requirement for Education Cards for 12 months for all classes necessary for Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified database Administrator (MCDBA) Certification, and JAVA, XML and HTML training available at one location. All labor, transportation, and other costs associated with the courses shall be included in the price of the class. Period of Performance: 12 months from date of contract award. This synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20 and will be awarded under FAR Part 12. All offers will be considered. The Standard Industrial Classification code required is 8243 and NAICS Code 611420. Size Standard $5M. FAR provision 52.212-1, 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition. Offers shall be evaluated on price, technical acceptability, adherence to applicable clauses, provisions, and satisfactory past performance record. Additional applicable FAR clauses: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33, 52.222-41, 52.222-42, 252.225-7001.
