Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity's (DoDEA) Education Division intends to award on a sole source basis, a purchase order to the University of Kentucky Research Foundation, C/O Interdisciplinary Human Development Institute, 126 Mineral Industries Building, Lexington, KY 40506. The contractor shall perform tasks and provide contract deliverables in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) are mandatory for award and payment. Requirements include the development and implementation of accountability systems in Alternate Assessment and Monitoring for Special Education in accordance with regulatory requirement DoD Instruction (DODI) 1342.12, Provision of Early Intervention and Special Education Services to Eligible DoD Dependents, March 12, 1996 and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 1997 (IDEA)). The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is an education activity and qualifies for academic/educational pricing. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
