See Notes 1,9,26. NSN 8455-00-142-9900, InSignia, Shoulder Sleeve, Navy, Mark, Unit Identification -- Enlisted Personnell, Type I, Style 2. This will be a Requirements Type Contract. Requirements are anticipated at 250,000 for Atlantic and 250,000 for the Pacific Regions. This Requirements Contract will have a Basic 500,000 and four (4) term year options of 500,000. (if contracting invokes the additional years). Offeror must input offer for Basic and four (4) 100% term year options.(ordering period will extend from date of award thru 1 year). Delivery will be required 90 days after awardee receives requisitions from the Navy. Five each First Article required 45 days after date of award. Past procurement history-Schreyer Embroidery, 97 Dec 03, qty 800,000 @.25 EA. Made in Accordance with Mil-I-22782E. Buy American Act Applies. All material to be furnished by the contractor.
