Description

The Department of the Interior is holding a government/industry preproposal conference to provide an update on narrowband digital radio requirements for various federal agencies and to discuss its planned acquisition strategy for the equipment. The conference will include government presentations on both the requirements and the acquisition strategy, which includes the establishment of a qualified products list. A question and answer forum will follow the presentations. The preproposal conference will be held on February 7, 2001 between 9:00 and 12:00, in room 157 of the Western Area Power Administration Mead Substation on Buchanon Blvd. in Boulder City, Nevada.
