Description

It is the intent of the Department of Energy (DOE), Albuquerque Operations Office (AL), to procure community transition services on a sole source basis from Transition Strategies Group, LLP, 660 George Washington Way, Suite B, Richland, WA. The proposed expert contractor, a small business, has unique and specific DOE and business expertise that is critical to the AL Community Transition Program. The contractor shall assist in development of strategies and process for expansion and management of the Community Transition Program functions within the AL. The contract shall provide technical assistance to AL staff and communities on such activities as the Community Reuse Organization formation, strategic planning, public involvement planning, creation of performance measure criteria, and specific proposals to enhance the DOE Operations programs. The anticipated period of performance is two years from date of award. Contract type is time and material. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ), nor is an RFQ available; however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the DOE. Firms interested in responding to this notice must be able to provide professional services under NAICS 541612, as stated above. Responses should sufficiently demonstrate the firm's ability to meet the Government's requirements. Responses are required within fifteen (15) calendar days from the publication date of this notice.
