Description

The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Bath in conjunction with the National Cemetery Service requires a lawn maintenance program for the Bath National Cemetery, Bath, New York. Work includes mowing, edging, trimming, leaf collection, trash and debris removal, pest control, fertilization and weed control for approximately 23 acres of cemetery land at the Bath National Cemetery, Bath, New York. The contract covers a base period April 1, 2001 through September 30, 2001, with four (4) option year renewals to extend the term of the contract for the period April 1, through September 30 of each subsequent year. This Acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 561730 and a size standard of $5 million is applicable. Contemplated issue date is 1/30/01 with and approximate opening date of 2/27/01.
