Description

The Marine Corps Systems Command is conducting Market Research for the Off-road Aviation Refueling Capability (O-ARC) Program. We are seeking sources, contract vehicles, technical information and approximate costing for the International Standards Organization (ISO) flatrack mounted aviation fuel pump and tank assemblies for dispensing fuel at forward operating locations. The O-ARC must have a minimum capacity of 2,500 gallons of fuel with an objective of 3,000 gallons. The O-ARC must be capable of being carried by the Logistics Vehicle System (LVS) and MK18A1 combination for use in the transportation, storage and distribution of fuel over cross-country terrain. The O-ARC must be designed for transport on rail, truck, amphibious ship, and fixed and rotary wing aircraft.
