This is Amendment #3 to SPECIAL NOTICE, #DPGP-01-01, Titled: DAMAGE PREVENTION GRANT PROGRAM, for the United States Department of Transportation, Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA), Office of Contracts and Procurement (DMA-30), 400 7th Street, SW, Room 7104, Washington,DC 20590. Amendment #3 is hereby issued to extend the closing date for receiving applications until February 28, 2001. For additional, current information and instructions on the application process, Damage Prevention Grant Program guidance may be reviewed at http://ops.dot.gov/new.htm.
