Description

PROVIDE ALL EQUIPMENT, LABOR, TOOLS, SUPPLIES, TRANSPORTATION AND SUPERVISION FOR CYCLIC GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AND VEGETATION CONTROL OF APPROXIMATELY 261 ACRES OF SEMI-IMPROVED GROUNDS LOCATED IN DESIGNATED TRAINING AREAS OF MAKUA MILITARY RESERVATION, ISLAND OF OAHU, HI. ALL ASPECTS OF THE GROUND MAINTENANCE WILL INVOLVE HIGH EXPLOSIVE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS AS MILITARY ORDNANCE DUDS EXIST IN THE TERRAIN PARTIALLY OR ENTIRELY BURIED IN THE SOIL. THE GOVERNMENT WILL PROVIDE BRIEFING ON HIGH EXPLOSIVE AND FIRE PREVENTION SAFETY TO CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEES. NOTE: CONTAINS DRAWINGS. Period of performance is 01 Jun 01 through 31 May 02, with one pre-priced option period. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business participation. A firm is considered to be a small business if it's average annual gross receipts for the past three years does not exceed $5.0 million. NAICS: 561730 -- Landscape Services.
