Presolicitation Notice -- The U.S. Property and Fiscal Office, has a Energy Conservation Investment Program (ECIP). ECIP Upgrades for the DC Air National Guard Facilities located at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. The work includes various energy upgrade initiatives to reduce annual utility consumption within the various facilities . Work includes but is not restricted to, installation of infrared heating systems heating systems; installation of gas fired boilers; replacement of windors; weather stripping upgrades; installation of water flow restrictors and installation of a DDC System.
