Description

JACKET, WINDBREAKER, UNISEX, JROTC, Army Black Shade #385, NSN 8405-01-447-7188, in accordance with the Purchase Description -- (no PD number)and no pattern. This is a best value procurement. A technical proposal is required including a Product Demonstration Model(PDM), Past Performance, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Manufacturing Plan, Quality Assurance Plan, DLA Mentoring Business Agreement. This solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract with four(4) one year option terms for a minimum quantity of 5,000 and a maximum quantity of 50,000. Destination is 100% Direct Vendor Delivery to various destinations. FOB Destination. The production lead time for the first order will be 120 days after date of order. All succeeding orders will have a lead time of 70 days. This will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside procurement. No GFM, materials used in the manufacture of this item are to be contractor furnished. The anticipated solicitation date is 23 February 2001.
