Description

NSN: 8415-01-227-9547, CID A-A-55246. This solicitation is being issued to cover the requirements for the Undershirt, ECWCS. Multi-award provisions will be utilized under this acquisition and it is the Government's intention to make three (3) awards under subject solicitation. All three (3) awards will be Indefinite Quantity Type Contracts. The total requirement being procured under this acquisition is 268,320 min/402,380 max. which will be split between three offerors on a 50%, 30%, 20% basis. One, 1-year term option will also be included and will be split based upon the same percentages. The initial delivery orders will consist of eight (8) deliveries beginning 180 days after date of award. The acquisition will utilize Best Value Source Selection Procedures. The following technical evaluation factors will apply: 1) Product Demonstration Models, 2) Past Performance, 3) Manufacturing Plans, 4) Surge Plans and 5) DLA Mentoring Business Agreements. This acquisition is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
