Description

This is a new Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) solicitation for Schedule Number 621 I Professional Medical/Healthcare Services. Fixed-price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract with economic price adjustment provision. Contract period is for a 5 year base with option to extent. This schedule is only for professional labor categories including but not limited to physicians and register nursing. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide a vehicle for all Government agencies to obtain quality Professional Medical Healthcare Services from qualified/experienced contractor(s) under a Multiple Award Federal Supply Schedule in an efficient, streamlined, and cost effective manner in accordance with applicable statutes and regulations. The solicitation issuance date is 2/1/01. This solicitation is open and continuous; therefore, there is no firm cut-off date for receipt of offers. Proposals may be submitted at any time. It is anticipated that a pre-proposal conference will be held approximately 30 45 days after issuance. Once the date of the pre-proposal conference is finalized another notice will be issued in the Commerce Business Daily with the details of that event.
