Description

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) intends to negotiate with the Association of Small Business Development Centers (ADBDC)for a contract with a base year plus three one year options for services and reports related to the continuing development of an Small Business Develpment Center (SBDC) certification program. The SBA's SBDC program is a small business development and counseling program authorized by Section 21 of the Small Business Act, 15 U.S.C. 648, and implemented by SBA regulations, 13 C.F.R. Part 130. See Notes 1 and 22.
