Description

The USAID/CAR Regional Mission based in Almaty, Kazakhstan is seeking bids to procure services in order to (1) evaluate USAID/Central Asia Region (CAR) current political process and civic organizing portfolio, particularly the programs of the National Democratic Institute (NDI) in Kyrgyzstan, as outlined in cooperative agreements #EE-A-00-97-00016-00 (July 25, 1997) and #116-0007-A-00-9014-00 (July 16, 1999), as amended; (2) the contribution of those activities to the Mission's democracy strategic objective and intermediate results; and (3) to provide suggestions for future political process and civic organizing efforts. The preferred method of distribution of USAID procurement information is via the Internet or by request of a solicitation on a 3.5 floppy disk (MS Word format). This CBD notice can be reviewed and downloaded using the Agency Web Site. The RFP can be downloaded from the Agency web site. The Worldwide Web address is http://www.info.usaid.gov.
